Design Development
- Drawing review – Analysis of drawings – Architectural / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical /Technical Design /AV Engineering / Utilities / Fire Safety,
- Acoustical details – Analysis of all aspects of the project related to acoustics – noise leaks from openings like doors, HVAC ducts, etc.
- Specifications – Acoustical materials, noise vibration criterion, AV systems and technical lighting equipment,
- Design report – To aid construction and installation,
- Site visit – To verify initial construction aspects of the structure critical to the acoustical, AV, Lights and technical design parameters.
CONSTRUCTION:
- Site visit – To visually verify (construction administration / project management),
- Construction aspects of the structure critical to acoustical, AV and technical design criterion,
- Installation of acoustical materials & AV systems and Lightings.
POST-CONSTRUCTION:
- Site visit for visual and aural inspection,
- Witness vendor testing of acoustics, AV and technical lighting,
- Final Report – qualifying the space as per applicable standards.
